(Continuation news of MONNOCERA): that the company has not paid the declared dividend for the year ended on 30 June 2016 of Tk. 11,964,010 to its shareholders and which has been kept as Dividend Payable as on 30 June 2017. This is a non-compliance of the Section 28(1) of Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations 2015. (End)
